It is obvious the comedian has had and perhaps still struggles with his weight issues. Did you know? Crawford at one time topped the scales at over 550lbs. In 2016 the comedian started to do something about his weight. Crawford lost over 120 pounds after having the gastric sleeve operation.

Now thru December 29, 2019

Houston’s seasonal favorite returns! A Christmas Carol - A Ghost Story of Christmas is a family-friendly re-telling of Charles Dickens’ classic story, which follows Ebenezer Scrooge’s journey with the three ghostly spirits who visit him on Christmas Eve. A Christmas Carol instills a powerful message about redemption and the spirit of the holiday season.

Those who have studied Charles Dickens say this about the British novelist, journalist, editor, illustrator and social commentator who wrote such beloved classic novels as Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickleby, David Copperfield, A Tale of Two Cities, Great Expectations and of coursed A Christmas Carol.

K. Michelle
@House of Blues

R&B singer, songwriter, and television personality Kimberly Michelle Pate, better known by the stage name K. Michelle is at Houston's HOB this weekend. It all started for the yhoung diva in 2009 when she signed a deal with Jive Records and released her first R&B-charting single called "Fakin' It" featuring Missy Elliott. After the release of "Fakin' It", she released three other R&B songs – "Fallin'", "I Just Can't Do This", and "How Many Times" – all three songs attained spots on the charts before Michelle left the label. In 2012, Michelle was added to the cast of VH1's reality series Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta. Appearing on the show led her to signing with Atlantic Records and releasing her long-awaited debut album Rebellious Soul on August 13, 2013. The album was a commercial success, debuting at number 2 on the US Billboard 200, and number one on the US Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts.
