Bandella has been performing for over 18 years. Music isn’t their day job; while performing two sets of professionally-rendered folk, Americana, bluegrass and jazz, the band shares tales from their years in the astronaut corps, complete with a Q&A session. Featuring inspired vocals, acoustic guitars, flute, stand-up bass, piano and an occasional banjo, Bandella’s music nods to the astronaut life in ways both subtle and authentic.
“Bandella was formed in a basement bar in Star City, Russia in 2003,” notes Hadfield (Hadfield, Robinson, and Coleman all trained with the Russian Space Program, in conjunction with NASA). While the band hails from Houston, Texas, “we’ve played all over– Kansas City, Star City, Canada, even linked from Earth while band members were out in orbit. And, of course, Bandella has played all over Houston.”
Chris Hadfield performed a version of David Bowie’s “Space Oddity” on the International Space Station (his performance has nearly 50 million views on YouTube). Cady Coleman performed a flute duet with Jethro Tull’s Ian Anderson from outer space. And Steve Robinson played his guitar on the Space Shuttle while weightless, performing for his crewmates.
Chris Hadfield is a retired Canadian astronaut and bandleader, singer, rhythm guitarist, and long-time folk musician. Popular on the lecture circuit, he is the author of four books, including The Apollo Murders, an international best-seller in 12 languages, shortlisted for the prestigious Wilbur Smith award, and is being made into an eight-part TV series.

(From All Music.com - Marcy Donelson) Though formed in Nashville, COIN carved a space in the field of bright, synth-spiked alternative pop more often associated with L.A. and N.Y.C. They emerged with their full-length debut, COIN, in 2015 before making their Billboard 200 debut two years later with How Will You Know If You Never Try. The band's more electronically stylized fourth album, 2022's Uncanny Valley, incorporated themes of artificial intelligence and what it means to be human.
COIN - Brad Pitt
Started by students at Belmont University in 2012, COIN sold out a show for the first time in mid-2013. The quartet of Chase Lawrence (vocals/synths), Joe Memmel (guitar/vocals), Zachary Dyke (bass), and Ryan Winnen (drums) signed with Columbia later the same year. Working with producer and co-writer Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Cage the Elephant), they released their self-titled debut in 2015. Behind the single "Run," it landed on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart. The band came back a year later with the kissing anthem "Talk Too Much," the first song from their second album, 2017's How Will You Know If You Never Try. The full-length spent a week at number 177 on the Billboard 200, marking their debut on the chart. Read more @All Music.com (Click Here)

(From All Music.com - Stephen Thomas Erlewine) Garth Brooks ushered in a new era of country music, taking the music from its down-home audience and into arenas where it not only competed with rock & roll, it often eclipsed it in popularity. Crossover country hits were common in pop music throughout the 20th century, but Brooks flipped that notion on its head: during his entire phenomenal run in the 1990s, he didn't score a single Billboard Top 40 hit, yet he dominated the album charts, selling in numbers that would eventually surpass those of Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. The great innovation of Brooks is that he played country on the scale of rock, a process that modernized both the genre's sound and business. His platinum albums and record-breaking concert tours eclipsed how Brooks broadened the sonic palette of country, too. Though he was grounded in traditional country, he was equally rooted in classic rock, resulting in a broad, powerful sound that roped in rock fans otherwise uninterested in country. During the 1990s, this sounded modern, but when Brooks mounted a comeback in the 2010s -- after 2005 he took an extended hiatus to raise a family with his wife, Trisha Yearwood -- he wound up as something of a traditionalist himself, advocating for the benefits of Nashville's system, particularly standing up for the rights of professional songwriters. Brooks released his 14th studio album, Fun, in 2020.
Garth Brooks is the son of Troyal and Colleen Carroll Brooks. Colleen was a country singer herself, recording a handful of records for Capitol in the mid-'50s that never experienced any chart success. As a child, Garth was interested in music and frequently sang at family gatherings, but he concentrated on athletics. He received a partial athletic scholarship at Oklahoma State University as a javelin tosser, but he wound up dropping the sport during his collegiate career. While he was at college, Brooks began singing in local Oklahoma clubs, often with lead guitarist Ty England. Read more @All Music.com (Click Here)

Multi-platinum selling, Grammy and Golden Globe nominated recording artist Wiz Khalifa burst onto the scene with mainstream success with the release of his first major label debut album, ROLLING PAPERS in 2011.
. ROLLING PAPERS spawned the hugely successful hits “Black and Yellow,” “Roll Up,” and “No Sleep” and gave Wiz the platform to win the award for “Best New Artist” at the 2011 BET Awards and “Top New Artist” at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards.
Since his emergence in 2010, multi-platinum GRAMMY® Award-nominated Logic (aka Sir Robert Bryson Hall II, aka Bobby Hall) has separated himself from the pack as one of the most prolific and prevalent artists of the past decade, a New York Times Bestselling author, and a positive force for change. The Maryland native progressed from a now-legendary run of mixtapes to three number one albums, two GRAMMY® Award nominations, dozens of gold and platinum certifications, sold out arena tours on multiple continents, and 6 billion streams and counting.
